I have a rant in store for you all, but I'd also like to get your feedback on this issue as well.
So I just started playing assasin's creed on the 360, and I notice that some of the textures are funny, like there's white lines showing up from every light source in the game. I take it out, and the xbox menu screen is filled with lines. Turn the console off, and when I re-booted it I have the dreaded E 74 error.
Now I called xbox and filled out a repair online, but I'm waiting for the damn shipping label they're supposed to send me. It's been almost a week, and I'm getting frustrated. (plus it's winter break for me, and it looks like I'll have to go all break AND christmas without my 360 >:() I'd just like to get some feedback about microsoft and their repairs- as I'm sure this has happened to many of you. How long is this process going to take?

But sometimes I make mistakes and a secret gets by that should have been just linked. Unfortunately, secrets about lolicon/shota will not be banned because some people think it's wrong or gross or whatever. Some people think fic about rape or gore is wrong or gross or whatever. Some people think slash is wrong or gross or whatever. I'm sure everyone agrees that actual child porn is a bad thing. Lolicon/shota is not actual child porn.
Once again, I'm sorry for letting #127 get past my radar yesterday, and will try not to let it happen again.

Played through Shattered Memories twice and each time she's said that that's the image that pops into my head, followed by ewwwww.
infiniteowl)Overall, the Axis Powers Hetalia fandom is relatively free of character bashing, especially when compared with the majority of other fandoms. Virtually all characters from the series - even those who haven't made a canon appearance yet - have their own devoted following of fans.
Kiku/Japan, while not having nearly as large a fanbase here in the Western fandom as he does in his own country, definitely does have his number of fans. Even the people who don't like him tend to be more apathetic than hateful toward him, and he's more often ignored than outright bashed among them.
That said, I still want to debunk some of the more ridiculous accusations occasionally leveled against Japan. Partly because I happen to think that he's a cool, interesting character and partly because the hate seems to come largely from groundless presumptions.

So I played through about the first 1/3 of Shattered Memories today. My real-time reactions are here if anyone's curious.
I need you guys to tell me that it gets better later in the game. Because I don't know if I can handle this much longer. It's not scary because there's no threat if you're not in Otherworld, so you're just roaming in the snow from place to place. There's no puzzles, there's no real meaning to any of it. I get so bored playing through those parts of the game. And then Otherworld comes and all of a sudden it's ridiculously hard for absolutely no reason at all, and there's no room to think or do anything because you have to focus on running and getting to the next door and nothing else.
Someone please tell me there's more to the game than this and I didn't waste about $60 on a shit game and its strategy guide. I guess some of the new story is interesting, but not enough for me to justify the money I spent.
Please tell me it gets better.
edit; I've made it to the halfway point, and my opinions... haven't really changed much. More reactions here. Ignore the stupid RP meme at the top.

In my humble opinion, I'm pretty glad he's moved on and that they'll be able to find another person to compose the music. His stuff was good, but it just didn't seem very appropriate for the subject matter after SH2. :[a My own opinion though, as I know oodles of people love his stuff and that's all good
BUT YES ONTO THE INTRODUCTION
To give people hope that yes there are INCREDIBLEEEEEEEHHXJAKFSDG dark ambient groups and composers out there that will be able to do just as wondrous a job as Yamaoka did in his heyday, allow me to introduce you all to the man behind the soundtrack of a little movie called Philosophy of a Knife, Alexander Shevchenko.
